Job summary

BANK OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS is seeking a Systems & Projects Officer to oversee HR systems development, management, and continuous review to improve operational efficiency. Preference for AI and automation experience.

You will administer HRIS, manage projects to schedule, develop change strategies, analyze processes, and provide timely technical support to HR staff to enhance employee experience.

Qualifications

• Preferably with AI and automation experience.

• 1. Perform system administration tasks for all HRIS to provide improvements and solutions on issues encountered
• 2. Manage and implement projects based on the timeline set by program owners
• 3. Develop change management strategy to increase engagement and improve employee experience
• 4. Analyze business processes and raise proposals to improve HR’s operational efficiency
• 5. Provides technical support to HR employees in a timely manner
