Job summary

Asian Development Bank seeks a Human Resource Officer in the Budget, People, and Management Systems Department (BPMSD), within the HR Systems and Analytics (HRSA) team. Based at the Headquarters in Manila, Philippines, you will report to the designated International Staff and Senior Officer as applicable.

You will lead integrated planning, end-to-end coordination and delivery oversight across HRSA workstreams, ensure alignment with priorities, manage risks, and foster accountability through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, information systems, human resources, project management, or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in project or program management, ideally in HR transformation or analytics.
• Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a large organization.
• Proficiency in project planning, portfolio coordination, project governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience preparing dashboards, management reports, and other project documentation.
• Strong organization, accountability, and accuracy in time-sensitive assignments; knowledge of HR systems is desirable.
• Professional certification in project management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated project plan for HR systems and analytics workstreams.
• Coordinate with workstream leads, HRSA team members, ITD, Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery against scope, schedule, quality, milestones and workplans.
• Prepare consolidated project status reports, dashboards and management updates.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and document key decisions.
• Identify cross-project trends and recommend improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
