Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a System and Network Administrator to oversee IT infrastructure across multiple client environments. The role requires hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), plus firewall and VPN administration.

You will support and secure on‑prem and cloud environments, manage incidents via ConnectWise, Kaseya, and ServiceNow, and document fixes and configurations for audit trails.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in system and network administration.
• 3–4 years in a helpdesk/technical support role.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware (MCSA, CCNA, VCP).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain client network infrastructures and security.
• 0
• Manage server environments, both on‑prem and cloud, using Windows Server and virtualization.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure user management and policies.
• Implement firewalls and VPNs to ensure secure remote access.
• Provide Level 1–2 support and troubleshooting across client environments.
• Document configurations and solutions in ticketing systems.
• Monitor performance and provide uptime/security reports to clients.
