Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems & Network Engineer (L3) to act as the highest technical escalation point for complex infrastructure, cloud, network, and security issues across multiple client environments. You will design, implement, and support enterprise IT while ensuring availability, security, and scalability.

You will lead root cause analysis, mentor junior engineers, and drive long-term solutions, collaborating with internal teams on modernization projects involving

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in Systems Administration, Network or Infrastructure Engineering in MSPs.
• Experience with enterprise Microsoft, networking, virtualization and cloud.
• MSP environment experience serving multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as highest technical escalation for complex infrastructure, cloud, network, and security issues.
• Lead troubleshooting, perform RCA, and drive permanent resolutions.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and collaborate on projects.
• Support modernization projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and security.
• Coordinate with vendors and Microsoft during critical incidents.
