Systems Integration & Workflow Specialist (Short-Term Project)

Taguig, Philippines

Estimated Hours:Minimum 10 hours/week (Approx. 40 hours total)

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically confident SystemsIntegration & Workflow Specialist to help audit, connect, and optimize ourexisting business systems. The ideal candidate will review current tools,improve workflows, document processes, and ensure systems are properlyorganized for long-term team use.

Key Responsibilities

• Auditexisting business tools and platforms (email, CRM, project management,website, etc.)
  
• Identifyworkflow gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  
• Connectand streamline systems to improve information flow
  
• Buildand document processes/workflows for team reference
  
• Providerecommendations and implement necessary fixes
