Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team in the Philippines. The role focuses on hands-on development across the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, and FSM modules, with a strong emphasis on JavaScript and Glide scripting.

You will work with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub to integrate ServiceNow with other systems. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, solid web tech knowledge

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow Platform Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience within the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Products: ITSM, CSM and FSM. Additional product line is a plus.
• Scripting Languages: Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide scripting
• APIs and Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub experience
• Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, AngularJS
• Database Management: Relational databases and SQL
• ITIL Framework: Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices
• Agile Development Process: Experience with Agile environments
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in teams

Schedule: EST Work Schedule, Fixed Weekends Off

Salary: Market Rate

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• ServiceNow Platform Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience within the ServiceNow platform.

• ServiceNow Products: ITSM, CSM and FSM. Any additional product line would be a benefit.

• Scripting Languages: Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide scripting

• APIs and Integrations: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub for integrating ServiceNow with other systems

• Web Technologies: Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AngularJS

• Database Management: Familiarity with relational databases and SQL

• ITIL Framework: Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices

• Agile Development Process: Experience with working within an agile development process.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently, to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and in a team environment.
