Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to plan, implement, oversee, and maintain the company’s Network and IT Infrastructure.

The role is Philippines day shift and may adapt to cover for others, with primary hours aligned to US Eastern Time. You will manage monitoring systems, respond to faults, coordinate with third-party suppliers, configure networks, and support data centers and facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with virtualization such as VMware, Azure or AWS (Required).
• Windows Server (2008/2012) (Required).
• Exchange/Office 365 (Required).
• Network knowledge (Required).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Monitoring Systems for network, ISP services, and facilities.
• Identify and respond to faults on systems and networks.
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers.
• Provision IP assignments, core network configurations, DNS setups, and monitoring for colocation and leased lines.
• Provide facilities support: racks, power, Ethernet/fiber cabling, remote power, and KVM.
• Build and install server and network equipment; perform upgrades.
• Run health and housekeeping checks at Data Centers.
• Monitor air-conditioning, UPS, generators, and power usage.
• Assist in maintaining technical documentation with Service Management Team.
• Provide Tier 3 support for data center operations, network, and ISP services.
