Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience as an engineer capable of working unsupervised and delivering outcomes.
• Knowledge of regulations, standards and best practices in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Solutions Design: develop and test proposed engineering solutions and validate designs.
• Engineering Standards Specification: assist in drafting standards and evaluating effectiveness.
• Engineering Inspections: inspect installations and recommend remedial actions to ensure conformance.
• Contract Management: coordinate subcontractors and suppliers within contract plans.
• Improvement/Innovation: identify process shortcomings and drive change accordingly.
• Knowledge Management System: support and guide others in using knowledge systems.
• Product and/or Solution Development: analyze customer needs and develop products/services.
• Project Management: work within a project plan to achieve goals.
• Personal Capability Building: engage in training and external accreditation as relevant.
• Collaborates: build partnerships and work with others to meet objectives.
