Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level in engineering or related field.
• Experience working unsupervised (13 months to 3 years).
• Very limited managerial experience (0–3 months).

Responsibilities

• Process Design Engineering: support analysis, methods, and equipment specs.
• Engineering Solutions Design: develop feasibility tests and feedback data.
• Engineering Standards Specification: draft standards and evaluate effectiveness.
• Engineering Inspections: assess quality and suggest remedial actions.
• Contract Management: coordinate subcontractors within contract plan.
• Improvement/Innovation: identify process gaps and apply changes.
• RFP/Tender Response: gather resources and draft proposals per deadlines.
• Knowledge Management System: assist users with KM systems.
• Product and Solution Development: analyze needs and deliver products.
• Project Management: follow PM plan to reach goals.
• Personal Capability Building: training, coaching, and certifications.
