Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
• Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)
• Very limited managerial experience (0 to 3 months)

Responsibilities

• Engineering Solutions Design: Contribute to the development of and implement feasibility testing of proposed engineering solutions to provide feedback and data to validate the design.
• Engineering Standards Specification: Draft engineering standards and specifications and evaluate effectiveness under guidance of senior colleagues.
• Engineering Inspections: Inspect to evaluate quality and ensure conformance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Contract Management: Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers within a contract management plan.
• Improvement/Innovation: Identify and address shortcomings in processes and procedures.
• Knowledge Management System: Support and advise on knowledge management systems.
• Product and/or Solution Development: Develop products/solutions based on customer needs.
• Project Management: Work within a project plan to achieve goals.
• Personal Capability Building: Develop capabilities, training and coaching; maintain awareness of technology and industry practices.
