Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level required.
• Over 3 to 6 years of experience in related fields.
• Experience with engineering standards and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Design Engineering: analyze information, specify methods and plant requirements for design and improvement of processes.
• Engineering Solutions Design: design solutions and feasibility testing approaches.
• Engineering Standards Specification: draft standards and specifications and assess their effectiveness.
• Engineering Inspections: perform inspections and specify remedial actions.
• Contract Management: manage relationships with service providers per contract plan.
• Improvement/Innovation: identify process shortcomings and apply change management.
• Bid Solicitation/Proposal/Tender Response: draft responses to solicitations to win contracts.
• Knowledge Management System: assist others in using knowledge systems effectively.
• Product and Solution Development: develop products from customer needs using established systems.
• Project Management: work within project plans to achieve goals.
• Personal Capability Building: pursue training and professional development.
