Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience as an engineer with 13 months to 3 years in related work.
• Very limited managerial experience (0–3 months).

Responsibilities

• Engineering Solutions Design: contribute to development and feasibility testing.
• Engineering Standards Specification: support drafting standards and evaluating effectiveness.
• Engineering Inspections: evaluate quality of works and recommend remedial actions.
• Contract Management: coordinate subcontractors and suppliers within contracts.
• Improvement/Innovation: identify and address process shortcomings.
• Knowledge Management System: assist others in using knowledge systems.
• Product and/or Solution Development: analyze customer needs and deliver products/services.
• Project Management: work within project plans to achieve goals.
• Personal Capability Building: develop capabilities and seek external accreditation as needed.
