Job summary

True North Academy seeks a hands-on Systems & Automation Specialist based in the Philippines to own digital systems and build end-to-end ecosystems for TNA and clients. The role focuses on connecting platforms, automating workflows, and solving technical problems beyond a traditional IT helpdesk, including CRM setup, landing pages, and integrations with payment gateways and email automation.

Ideal candidates will be proficient with GoHighLevel, Kajabi or Systeme.io and able to work independently

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation.
• Experience building landing pages, websites and funnels.
• Experience with email automation workflows.
• Experience with payment gateway integration.
• Experience with domain, DNS and business email management.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage CRM systems using GoHighLevel, Kajabi, Systeme.io or similar platforms
• Create landing pages, websites, funnels, forms and client portals
• Build automated email sequences and lead-nurturing workflows
• Set up CRM pipelines and customer journeys
• Integrate payment gateways, checkout pages and appointment systems
• Connect websites, CRM, email, calendars and other applications
• Use Zapier, Make, APIs or webhooks for integrations where required
• Manage domains, DNS and business emails and related technical configurations
• Troubleshoot TNA's website, email, CRM and other SaaS/IT issues
• Build and maintain digital ecosystems for TNA clients

True North Academy (TNA) is a Singapore-based training and professional development company specialising in communication, influence and personal branding. We are looking for a hands-on Systems & Automation Specialist based in the Philippines to take ownership of our digital systems and help build end-to-end digital ecosystems for both TNA and our clients. This is not a traditional IT helpdesk role. We want someone who enjoys building systems, connecting platforms, automating workflows and solving technical problems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage CRM systems using GoHighLevel, Kajabi, Systeme.io or similar platforms
• Create landing pages, websites, funnels, forms and client portals
