Job summary

IT Managers, Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst in a hybrid setup with 8 days onsite per month at BGC. The role focuses on solutions design, systems analysis, and coordinating with technical teams across the SDLC.

You will analyze requirements, design system solutions, and support implementation, testing, and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers. Banking or financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Perform detailed systems analysis of existing applications, processes, and integrations.
• Design technical and functional solutions based on identified requirements.
• Develop solution designs, system specifications, process flows, and technical documentation.
• Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements, changes, and integration.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend appropriate technical improvements.
• Work closely with developers, architects, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate proposed solutions.
• Analyze system dependencies, interfaces, data flows, and integration points.
• Support solution implementation, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, and production implementation activities.
• Investigate system issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements, technical standards, security requirements, and existing system architecture.

The role will be responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements, designing appropriate system solutions, and working with technical teams throughout the system development lifecycle.
