Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines is recruiting a Systems Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, capture business and user requirements, and ensure delivery to specification.

The role includes learning and certifying in ServiceNow System Administration and related ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/SPM modules. The successful candidate will work with developers and platform administrators to translate needs into actionable tasks, maintain the product backlog for ServiceNow, and contribute to ongoing process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Engineering is required.
• 1-2 years IT experience, preferably in Product Management or Business Analytics.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow System Administration and its ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/SPM modules.
• Willingness to work onsite and be based in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Represents project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle (planning, development, release).
• Owns the relationship with stakeholders to identify, model, and document business, process, and data requirements.
• Works with development team on release estimates.
• Supports development team in understanding business and test requirements.
• Translates technical concepts to stakeholders, explaining design decisions clearly.
• Owns the backlog of the ServiceNow product for the project.
• Prepare status reports, manage issues and risks, and support continuous service improvements.

Job Summary

The Systems Analyst works with key project stakeholders to capture business and user requirements. He/she also works with the Developer and Platform Administrator to ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification. He/she is expected to learn, train on product-specific trainings and get certified on ServiceNow System Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represents project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle - planning, development, and release processes
• Owns the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, model, and document business, process, and data requirements
• Works with development team on release estimates
• Supports development team in understanding business and test requirements
• Translates technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions
• Owns the backlog of the assigned ServiceNow product
• Perform the following task-related activities:
  Prepare status reports and provide/present status updates
  Manage issues and risks
  Document job aids, knowledge articles and related processes
  Provide inputs and support continuous service improvements
  Perform and deliver on other supporting subtasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Engineering
• At least 1-2 year/s experience in Information Technology, specifically on Product Management or Business Analytics
• Knowledge in ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM), ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
