Job summary

BDO Unibank in the Philippines seeks an infrastructure and operations professional to support the bank’s application portfolio. You will manage infra requirements, coordinate with ITIO, and drive project delivery readiness from design through production.

The role requires a degree in IT/CS/Engineering, at least 2 years in project delivery, and willingness to work onsite in Makati/Ortigas. Experience in IT operations and process improvement is preferred. A stable, regulated environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Operations, process design and service improvement is preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Onboard business projects to identify proper support needed from ITIO.
• Manage the infrastructure requirements of the business system projects of the bank.
• Develop and create infrastructure workplan; optimize the workplan to recover delays but still meet the project timeline.
• Conduct review of the in-flight system against the approved infrastructure design.
• Review and assist operationalization of a system prior to production implementation.
• Ensure proper transition of system from project delivery team to production support team.
• Report project outcomes, issues, and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate as necessary based on project work plans.
• Ensure compliance with established processes and policies - SDLC.
• Recommend and implement changes to ITIO processes and policies.
• Monitor and address audit findings and related action items associated with the project.
• Perform other related tasks.

Job Summary

Responsible for handling the infrastructure and operations requirements of the bank’s business unit’s applications.

Key Responsibilities
