Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in driving business requirements.
• End-to-end project experience on at least 3 projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and develop functional requirements for the product/platform.
• Collaborate with the solution architect to ensure requirements are addressed by the solution.
• Develop test cases, test data and assist in functional testing.
• Explain to business users how the proposed solution implements their requirements.
• Map functional requirements to product features and out-of-box capabilities.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop reasonable working alternatives.
• Support product evaluation during the service definition phase.
• Ensure changes in requirements are managed by BTS team.
• Align operational support processes with business objectives.

Job Summary

• Understand the business requirements comprehensively and develop functional requirements based on the product/platform on which the solution is going to be deployed.
• Work with the solution architect to ensure all requirements are addressed by the solution as per business expectations.
• Develop test cases, test data and assist in functional testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop functional requirement-based business requirements, and identify the non-functional requirements for the solution architect
• Identify any gaps in business requirements and follow up with end users to detail the requirements
• Explain to business users how the proposed solution will implement their business requirements
• Develop a deeper understanding of the business process, business organization and the expected business outcome
• Understand the product features and out-of-box requirements and map the functional requirements
• Conduct fit-gap analysis on products and develop reasonable working alternatives
• Support the product evaluation during the service definition phase
• Handle changes in functional and non-functional requirements from the BTS team
• Develop the test cases, test plan and test data for the requirements
• Assist in conducting functional testing
• Ensure the operational support process are aligned with the business objectives and stated business requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in driving business requirements (experience in financial services organizations is a plus).
• Part of the execution team for a minimum of 3 projects, and should have worked end-to-end on those projects from requirements gathering to deployment
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
