Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Systems Administrator to provide internal support and keep our Microsoft-centric infrastructure secure, reliable and well maintained.

The role emphasizes deep Microsoft 365 knowledge, cloud experience and a strong customer service focus. You will investigate and resolve technical issues, support users, contribute to continuous improvement, and play an important role in keeping business‑critical systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' experience in a Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, Service Engineer or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience with Azure, Entra ID and Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Curious about AI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine passion for customer service and delivering a great user experience.
• Someone who takes ownership, follows through and gets things done.
• A proactive, go-getter attitude with the desire to learn, develop and grow.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while remaining organised and focused.
