Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Systems Administrator to join the Digital Technology team. You will administer, engineer, and enhance systems, applications, and support-layer tech to sustain a secure, scalable, and high-performing user environment across Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoints.

You will own identity lifecycle integration (Workday → AD → Entra ID), manage Microsoft 365 services, and lead Jira administration for ITSM processes, dashboards, and automation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Help Desk/Client Services experience in an enterprise environment.
