Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a hands-on warehouse operations professional for our San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center. The role involves inbound and outbound system transactions, report generation, and cross-team coordination to maintain inventory accuracy and SLA compliance.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of related experience, with familiarity in WMS/ERP systems. On-site work and varying shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any course.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain systems.
• Experience using WMS, ERP, or inventory management applications is preferred.
• Willing to be assigned and work on-site in San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center, San Rafael, Davao City.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound receipts in the WMS, validating against quantities.
• Process customer orders and generate picking, packing, and dispatch tasks.
• Generate operational reports for inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Inventory, and IT teams regarding system concerns.
• Escalate system issues that impact operations or service levels.

Responsibilities

Inbound System Transactions

• Process inbound receipts in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and on time.
• Validate inbound documents against actual received quantities.
• Generate put-away tasks and monitor completion of inbound transactions.
• Investigate and report receiving discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damages.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations and Inventory teams to resolve inbound transaction issues.

Outbound System Transactions

• Process customer orders and generate picking, packing, and dispatch tasks in the system.
• Ensure timely release of orders based on customer service level agreements (SLAs).
• Validate outbound transactions and shipment confirmations prior to dispatch.
• Monitor order status and support resolution of system-related order issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation and completion of dispatch transactions.

Reporting & Coordination

• Generate operational reports related to inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
• Monitor transaction performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Inventory, and IT teams regarding system concerns.
• Escalate system issues that may impact operations, inventory accuracy, or customer service.
