Job summary

DHL Express (Philippines) Corporation is seeking an on-site Warehouse Operations Associate in Davao City. You will process inbound receipts, manage put-away tasks, and coordinate with Inventory teams to ensure accuracy.

The role also covers outbound order processing, dispatch, and routine system reporting to support SLA-based operations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in warehouse/logistics, familiarity with WMS/ERP systems, and a willingness to work shifting schedules including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain systems.
• Experience with WMS/ERP or inventory management applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound receipts in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and on time.
• Validate inbound documents against actual received quantities.
• Generate put-away tasks and monitor inbound transactions.
• Investigate and report receiving discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damages.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations and Inventory teams to resolve inbound transaction issues.
• Process customer orders and generate picking, packing, and dispatch tasks in the system.
• Ensure timely release of orders based on SLAs.
• Validate outbound transactions and shipment confirmations prior to dispatch.
• Monitor order status and support resolution of system-related order issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation and completion of dispatch transactions.
• Generate operational reports related to inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
• Monitor transaction performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Inventory, and IT teams regarding system concerns.
• Escalate system issues that may impact operations, inventory accuracy, or customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any course
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain systems.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management applications is preferred.

• Willing to be assigned and work on-site in San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center San Rafael Davao City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
