Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer III to lead IT solution deployments for clients. You will manage infrastructure projects from discovery to handoff, with hands-on involvement in cloud, server, and network environments.

Strong English communication and after-hours availability are required. The role emphasizes ownership of technical work, collaboration with clients and internal teams, and delivering successful project outcomes across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in IT with at least 4 years hands-on in the chosen technical track.
• End-to-end project delivery ability with minimal supervision.
• Strong cloud/server or network engineering expertise and related technologies.

Responsabilités

• Manage infrastructure projects from discovery and planning through implementation, testing, cutover, documentation, and final handoff.
• Assess client environments, validate project scope, identify discrepancies, and establish implementation and rollback plans.
• Implement and migrate cloud, server, identity, endpoint, and network infrastructure based on the candidate's technical specialization.
• Configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, and related technologies as applicable.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding project requirements, maintenance windows, service interruptions, and implementation timelines.
• Maintain accurate project status, time entries, technical configurations, and as-built documentation in company systems.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and provide complete handoffs to the service desk and relevant internal teams.
• Identify implementation risks, resolve technical issues, and elevate architecture decisions when necessary.

Job Description:

Join Intelligent Technical Solutions as a Project Engineer III, where you'll play a key role in delivering reliable and effective IT solutions for our clients. This role requires strong technical expertise in cloud, server, or network environments, along with the ability to manage project implementation from start to completion. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who takes ownership of technical work, collaborates effectively with clients and internal teams, and ensures successful project outcomes.

Job Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of IT experience, including at least4 years of hands-on experience in the selected technical track.


• Project Delivery: Able to independently manage and execute projects end to end, from planning and implementation through testing, cutover, documentation, and final handoff, with minimal supervision.


• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on proficiency in either Cloud & Server Engineering or Network Engineering, including the relevant technologies listed below.


• Client Communication: Ability to explain technical changes, project timelines, and service interruptions to non-technical stakeholders in spoken and written English.


• Work Environment: Experience working across multiple client environments and remotely; must be available for scheduled after-hours or weekend cutovers when required.


• Certifications: At leasttwo current certifications relevant to the selected technical track or demonstrated equivalent technical experience.

Technical Specialization:

• Candidates must be strong in at least one of the following tracks.

Cloud & Server Engineering:

• Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, identity management, and tenant or mailbox migrations.


• Azure infrastructure, AWS, GCP, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Purview,Sentinel, and Virtualization.


• Microsoft Intune, endpoint deployment, device compliance, and security policies.


• SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, hybrid identity, Power Automate and PowerShell automation.

Network Engineering:

• Firewall configuration, migration,deployment, security policies, NAT, and VPN technologies.


• Switching, VLANs, routing, and network segmentation.


• Wireless infrastructure, access points, authentication, RADUIS, and controller migrations.


• ISP cutovers, IP addressing, network redesign, and SD-WAN solutions.


• Candidates should have independently delivered at least 5 projects or migrations relevant to their selected track.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or multi-client environment.


• Experience with infrastructure automation, backup and disaster recovery, network monitoring, or security platforms.


• Additional relevant cloud, server, networking, or security certifications.

Job KPI's:

• Billable Utilization: The percentage of time spent on billable client project work whilemaintainingaccuratetime entries.


• Project Delivery: Successful completion of assigned projects within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.


• Documentation Quality: Accuracy and completeness of implementation notes, as-built documentation, and knowledge base updates for completed projects.


• Client Satisfaction (CSAT): Feedback provided by clients through post-project or service satisfaction surveys.


• Timesheet Compliance: Timelyandaccuratesubmission of timesheetsin accordance withcompany standards.

Job Requirements:

A home office set up that meets the following:

• Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or


• AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or


• macOS 12 or newer.

• Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following:


• Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and upload speeds.


• Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings.


• Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app.


• Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls.


• 2nd Monitor.


• UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) if using a desktop (Not needed if using a laptop).

• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written


• Able to work full-time for 40 hrs. a week: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday).


• Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.


• Preferably, at least two of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, 3cx Basic Certified Engineer.


• Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).

Compensation:

• Pay rates start at Php 153,000/month and vary by experience and location.
