Job summary

Farm Fresh Milk Incorporated is looking for an Order Management Support to assist in end-to-end sales order processing in Syspro. You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to secure accurate orders and on-time delivery of fresh dairy products.

You will monitor order status, support process improvements, and assist with Syspro updates and basic user support. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in related roles are preferred, with immediate start possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required.
• 1–3 years in order management, customer service, or supply chain support preferred.
• Experience with Syspro or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Immediately available to start.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and monitoring daily sales orders in Syspro from entry to delivery tracking.
• Ensure order accuracy including pricing, discounts, and promos with Sales.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics for timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Assist Finance with credit holds, billing concerns, and invoicing issues.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to internal teams.
• Support tracking of order management metrics (accuracy, cycle time, delivery).
• Identify process improvements to enhance order processing efficiency.
• Assist with Syspro system updates, testing and basic user support.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with company policies and audits.
