Job summary

TJ Enterprises, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Farm Operations Manager to oversee swine farm operations, support the VP for Operations, and ensure adherence to company standards and SOPs.

You will monitor daily activities, implement productivity strategies, enforce strict biosecurity, and supervise farm managers, supervisors, and workers across locations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine or related field and at least 5 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in piggery operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to stay-in and travel between farm locations.

• Assist the VP for Operations in overall management of swine farm operations.
• Monitor daily farm activities to ensure compliance with standards and SOPs.
• Develop and implement productivity and efficiency strategies.
