Job summary

TigerUX in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Farm Operations Supervisor to manage swine health, biosecurity, vaccination, and SOP compliance.

You will conduct daily farm inspections, monitor performance and welfare, coordinate with the Farm Manager on manpower and operations, and lead a on-site team in Argao or nearby Cebu locations.

This role requires strong leadership, a data-driven approach, and the ability to plan schedules and respond to health concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in swine farm operations with leadership roles.
• Willing to stay on-site in Argao or Pinamungajan, Cebu.
• Strong knowledge of swine health management, biosecurity, and SOPs.
• Excellent leadership and operational management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict biosecurity, animal health, vaccination, and farm SOPs.
• Conduct daily farm inspections and monitor health, morbidity, and performance.
• Identify health concerns and coordinate treatment and interventions.
• Oversee vaccination programs including Wean-to-Finish protocols.
• Analyze farm health and performance data and recommend improvements.
• Plan employee schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Coordinate with the Farm Manager on health, production, and operations.
• Perform other farm-related duties as assigned by Management.

• Plan employee schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage and workforce efficiency.
