The role focuses on optimizing productivity, enforcing standards, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and decision-making skills, with at least five years of managerial experience in piggery operations and willingness to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in a piggery operation.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willing to stay-in and travel between farm locations.

Responsibilities
