Job summary

Pilmico is seeking a Farm Supervisor to oversee daily operations across Breeding & Gestation, Lactation, Nursery, and Gilt Development units at our Bulacan farm. You will supervise staff, ensure animal welfare, biosecurity, and data accuracy of records, and drive production targets while maintaining SOP-compliant processes.

The role requires coordinating with farm teams to maintain optimal barn conditions, cleanliness, and equipment, while managing budgets and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Breeding & Gestation unit to ensure breeding records, heat detection, AI and gestation management are compliant with SOPs.
• Supervise Lactation, ensuring safe farrowing, piglet care, vaccinations and proper nutrition.
• Manage Nursery and Gilt Development units, tracking piglet health, growth and biosecurity measures.
• Coordinate with farm teams to maintain barn conditions, sanitation and equipment functionality.
• Prepare budget projections and monitor unit costs within budget limits.
