Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Sustainability Officer to support ESG reporting, data management, and governance across Robinsons Malls.

You will coordinate sustainability programs, CSR activities, training, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with the Sustainability Manager and mall teams to ensure accurate reporting and impactful initiatives.

This role requires 2–4 years of experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to work across mall locations in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Business, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, CSR, reporting, research or project coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with GRI, ISSB/IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, SASB, CDP or other ESG reporting frameworks is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of environmental laws, regulations, and sustainability principles.
• Strong Excel/data management, research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work across mall locations and support sustainability activities and events.

Responsibilities

• ESG Reporting & Data Management: Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain ESG data from malls and units. Assist in Annual & Sustainability Report preparation.
• ESG Governance & Compliance: Assist in ESG guidelines, processes, and controls; monitor deadlines and action plans.
• Sustainability Program Management: Support implementation and monitoring of programs; track KPIs and deliverables.
• CSR & Community Programs: Plan, implement, and document CSR/community initiatives; coordinate with partners.
• Awards & External Recognition: Research awards; assist in preparing entries and submissions.
• Training & Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare ESG/sustainability training; engage stakeholders and events.
• Research & Sustainability Communications: Monitor trends and develop internal/external reports and materials.

SUSTAINABILITY OFFICER JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview

The Sustainability Officer will support the implementation and continuous improvement of Robinsons Malls’ sustainability and CSR initiatives, with a strong focus on ESG reporting, data management, governance, program coordination, and stakeholder engagement . The role will work closely with the Sustainability Manager, mall teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure sustainability requirements are accurately reported, properly documented, and effectively implemented across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. ESG Reporting & Data Management: Collect, consolidate , validate , and maintain ESG data and supporting documentation from malls and business units. Assist in the preparation of the Annual & Sustainability Report and other ESG disclosures . Maintain ESG reporting templates, databases, trackers, and documentation. Conduct data quality checks and coordinate with mall teams to resolve gaps or inconsistencies. Support ESG-related audits, assessments, and information requests.
• 2. ESG Governance & Compliance: Assist in implementing ESG reporting guidelines, processes, and controls. Monitor ESG reporting deadlines, requirements, and action plans. Track audit findings, corrective actions, and sustainability-related commitments. Research relevant sustainability regulations, standards, and reporting frameworks.
• 3. Sustainability Program Management: Support the implementation and monitoring of sustainability programs across Robinsons Malls. Track project progress, KPIs, deliverables, and impact. Assist in developing project briefs, presentations, reports, and management updates. Identify opportunities to improve or scale existing sustainability initiatives.
• 4. CSR & Community Programs: Support the planning, implementation, and documentation of CSR and community initiatives. Coordinate with mall teams, LGUs, NGOs, community groups, and other partners. Consolidate program accomplishments, beneficiaries, impact data, and supporting documentation. Assist in monitoring CSR targets and deliverables.
• 5. Awards & External Recognition: Research and identify relevant sustainability and CSR awards and recognition opportunities . Assist in preparing award entries, supporting documents, presentations, and submissions. Coordinate with participating malls and internal stakeholders to gather required information and evidence .
• 6. Training & Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in preparing and conducting ESG, sustainability, and CSR training and awareness activities . Coordinate with mall sustainability/CSR focal persons on reporting requirements and program implementation. Support stakeholder engagement activities and sustainability-related events.
• 7. Research & Sustainability Communications: Monitor sustainability trends, policies, regulations, and best practices. Prepare sustainability presentations, briefs, reports, and communication materials. Support the development of internal and external sustainability communications.
