CKH invites a Sustainability & Environmental Manager to lead and coordinate the company's environmental and sustainability activities in Manila, Philippines. You will guide multiple departments, monitor regulatory developments, and support reporting and data management to drive progress.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field, 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in sustainability, environmental management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in environmental management, sustainability, ESG, regulatory compliance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards.
• Experience managing sustainability or environmental projects and coordinating activities across departments.
• Experience with environmental data reporting, KPIs, and management information.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with data; Excel is a friend.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across departments and levels.
• Proactive, independent approach with risk identification and follow-up.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• A collaborative team player focused on solutions and positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the company's environmental and sustainability activities, ensuring objectives are followed up.
• Monitor legislation and standards affecting the business and report developments.
• Coordinate cross-department sustainability projects with internal and external partners.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate environmental data to support reporting and disclosures.
• Oversee preparation and coordination of sustainability reports and management information.
• Act as a key contact for environmental and sustainability matters.
• Translate developments into clear, actionable business guidance.
• Coordinate awareness and training on sustainability responsibilities across the organization.
• Manage relationships with external consultants, suppliers, auditors, and authorities where required.
• Ensure environmental and sustainability requirements are addressed across the organization.
• Contribute to ongoing sustainability strategy by monitoring industry developments and best practices.
