Job summary

Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations Inc. seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead regulatory compliance, audits, and program implementation for our Manila operations.

You will collate data, prepare DENR/DOLE reports, conduct inspections, and partner with HR, IT, Sustainability, and Facilities to improve safety and sustainability. Your role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or environmental studies and at least three years of EHS experience, strong English, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or environmental studies with at least three years of EHS experience.
• OHS certificate is preferred.
• Proficient English language skills, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements of DENR and DOLE.
• Ability to collaborate across functions with stakeholders and vendors.
• Self-starter, motivated to deliver value-added EHS programs.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced and growing organization.
• Client-oriented with strong priority and deadline management.
• Able to analyze and solve problems; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Collate data and assist in the preparation of regulatory reports for DENR/DOLE and others.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections at Manila sites to verify compliance.
• Assist in EHS program implementation and engagement activities.
• Liaise with HR, IT, Sustainability and other teams to improve safety and experience.
• Investigate EHS incidents and prepare internal/external reports.
• Deliver EHS training to new hires.
• Support worker participation in OHS committee meetings.
• Support contractor education on EHS responsibilities.
• All other duties as assigned.
