Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Sustainability Director to lead the company's environmental sustainability agenda. This onsite role in Makati collaborates with executive leadership, supply chain teams, and key stakeholders to craft and execute strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will drive continuous environmental improvement, manage multiple priorities, and communicate insights to C-level executives to support operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Senior Manager role or extensive experience as a tenured Manager.
• Experience from a Big 4 firm is highly preferred.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
• Strong background in environmental sustainability initiatives and programs.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide sustainability strategies, programs, and environmental initiatives
• Lead sustainability efforts across operations and supply chain functions to support long-term business objectives
