Job summary

CKH Group is seeking a Sustainability & Environment Manager to lead environmental initiatives, monitor regulatory developments, and coordinate cross‑functional projects across the organization.

You will translate complex sustainability data into actionable insights for reporting, KPIs, and disclosures, and serve as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders. English fluency is essential; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in sustainability or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in environmental management or ESG.
• Understanding of environmental regulations and standards.
• Experience coordinating sustainability projects across departments.
• Experience with sustainability data, reporting, and KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with Excel.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Independent, proactive, and able to drive progress.
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the company's environmental and sustainability activities, ensuring objectives are followed up.
• Monitor environmental and sustainability regulations and standards; inform the business of developments.
• Assess regulatory developments and coordinate actions with stakeholders.
• Lead sustainability and environmental projects across departments with internal and external partners.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate data to support reporting, KPIs, and disclosures.
• Oversee preparation and coordination of sustainability reports and management information.
• Act as a key contact for environmental matters, providing guidance to colleagues and management.
• Stay updated on developments and translate them into actionable information.
• Coordinate internal awareness and training on environmental and sustainability matters.
• Manage relationships with consultants, suppliers, auditors, authorities as needed.
• Ensure environmental requirements are addressed across the organization.
• Contribute to the evolution of CKH's sustainability approach by monitoring industry best practices.
