Job summary

CKH Group in the Philippines seeks a Sustainability & Environmental Manager to lead environmental and sustainability initiatives across the organization, coordinating with departments and external stakeholders.

You will monitor regulations, drive projects, manage data and reporting, and mentor teams. The role requires a Master's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, fluent English, and strong analytical and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in sustainability, environmental management, environmental sciences, climate, engineering, business, or related field, or comparable qualifications.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in environmental management, sustainability, ESG, regulatory compliance, corporate sustainability, environmental consulting, or comparable field.
• Good understanding of environmental and sustainability regulations and standards.
• Experience managing sustainability or environmental projects and coordinating activities across departments.
• Experience working with environmental and sustainability data, reporting, KPIs, and management information.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

• Lead and coordinate environmental and sustainability activities across the organization.
• Monitor environmental and sustainability legislation, regulations, and standards and inform the company.
• Assess regulatory developments and actions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate sustainability and environmental projects across departments with internal and external partners.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate data to support reporting and disclosures.
• Prepare and coordinate sustainability-related reports and management information.
• Act as a key point of contact for environmental matters and provide guidance to colleagues.
