Job summary

NUSTAR Resort in Cebu City is seeking a proactive Surveillance Control Room Associate to monitor premises via CCTV, respond to suspicious activity, and report breaches. This probationary position requires English communication, basic MS Office skills, and a commitment to customer service and safety.

You will allocate tasks, log alarms, assist in training new staff, maintain access systems, and coordinate responses during emergencies while upholding Health and Safety policies and equal

Job Responsibilities

Observe and monitor persons on premises using CCTV camera system, respond to persons behaving suspiciously or unlawfully and report security breaches.

Allocate resources and tasks by responding, in a timely manner, to telephone/ radio requests, monitoring progression/completion of tasks, recording and logging of all relevant information.

Acknowledges, responds and records all alarms within the appropriate time frame.

Maintains Security Access System.

Monitors and coordinates communications during emergencies.

Maintains and monitors radios and other equipment.

Provide assistance and information to security operations.

Assist in the training of new Surveillance Control Room Associates.

Performs Additional Tasks As Required.

Perform administrative tasks including reports and compilation of statistics.
