Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise operational functions of the Security Control Room to ensure a safe, secure environment.
• Provide high level support to departments and customer service to customers.
• Monitor KPIs and perform performance appraisals for direct reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
• Oversee CCTV monitoring and respond to incidents with appropriate actions.
