Job summary

Landers Pasig is seeking a dedicated CCTV/Control Room Operator to perform daily security tasks with integrity and efficiency. The role requires monitoring CCTV, logging activities, and directing calls to the right department.

You will report incidents to the Security Officer, coordinate with the Line Manager, and maintain records of communications, movements, and alarms. A bachelor’s degree is required; CCTV certification is a plus, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CCTV security certification/experience is a plus.
• Experience working in teams and ability to work solo with priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily control room tasks with high integrity and efficiency.
• Monitor CCTV and report any unusual activity to the Line Manager/Security Officer.
• Respond promptly to radio checks and keep accurate records of all communication.
• Keep a record of incidents and report to the Security Officer on duty.
• Monitor vehicle and staff movements.
• Report any alarm activation to the Security Officer.
• Answer all calls and direct them to the right department promptly and courteously.
