Job summary

VPS STEEL STRUCTURE CORPORATION in Makati, Metro Manila is seeking a Civil Engineer to support tender activities and coordinate with the Sales Manager and technical team. You will prepare tender documents, draw proposals, and assemble technical and commercial materials for bids.

Fresh graduates or engineers with up to 2 years’ experience who are proficient in Word, Excel, Project, and AutoCAD, with excellent English and the ability to work under pressure, are invited.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer, fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent technical knowledge and presentation skills.
• Strong English communication (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• Independent worker or team player under high pressure.
• Must be based in Metro Manila with travel time 45 minutes or less to the office.

Responsibilities

• Support to Sales Manager in creating and managing tender information.
• Meeting with customer on technical and commercial concerns.
• Input project information to internal system and coordinate with colleagues on project implementation.
• Preparing the tender documents with internal team.
• Preparing proposal drawings and supporting documents for tenders.
• Preparing technical and commercial documents of project implementation.
• Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager related to office operation and sales activity.
• Go on business trips around Philippines as required.
