You will manage inbound queries with empathy and help shape a pioneering program that leverages AI tools for knowledge retrieval and real-time pronunciation support.

You will work onsite during day shift and receive coaching from onshore experts to ensure a high-quality, customer-focused experience as the program grows from its early stage.

Job Summary

As a Support Provider Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Support Workers; you are a vital brand ambassador for Mable. In this role, you will expertly manage inbound queries and navigate complex conversations with genuine empathy and patience.

You are joining an exciting, high‑impact program that is currently in its early foundational development phase. Because this is a new initiative, we are looking for a candidate with a “pioneering mindset” who is excited to help shape and build this experience from the ground up, directly contributing to a superior Support Worker experience.

You won’t be doing this alone. You will be supported by advanced AI tools for knowledge retrieval and by KRISP technology for real‑time pronunciation assistance, ensuring clear, effective communication. You will also receive dedicated coaching and quality assurance (QA) support from our seasoned onshore experts.
