Job Description

• Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Facilities, Compliance) to align procurement strategies with business objectives and other inquiries. Maintain accurate and organized procurement records
• Assist in locating key suppliers, creating purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery. Assist in negotiating purchasing agreements and lead-times. Managing vendor relationships and comprehensive supplier database
• Controlling the procurement budget, as needed. Act as the representative of the Procurement Team. Perform duties as advised by the management.
