You’ll work closely with demand planning, purchasing, production, sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize inventory, manage supply risks, and support business growth.

What You'll Do
- Develop and manage supply plans in collaboration with the demand planning team, ensuring inventory aligns with forecasted demand across product lines.
- Monitor stock levels, lead times, replenishment schedules, and distribution requirements to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Coordinate inventory transfers across distribution locations and work with purchasing and production teams to identify and mitigate potential supply risks.
- Analyze inventory, production, and sales data to optimize stock levels, improve service levels, and support accurate planning decisions.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly supply chain reports, highlighting inventory turns, service levels, lead times, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support SKU lifecycle management, including new product introductions, end-of-life run downs, SKU rationalization, and initiatives to reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure product availability and align supply plans with changing business requirements.
- Participate in S&OP meetings, providing supply insights and helping manage cross-functional expectations.
- Use NetSuite and Netstock to improve planning workflows and contribute to continuous improvement across inventory management and supply chain processes.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or relevant field.
- Minimum three years’ experience in supply planning, inventory management, demand planning, or a related supply chain role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally NetSuite, with experience supporting supply chain or manufacturing requirements.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, replenishment, and demand forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory, sales, and supply data and translate insights into practical actions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing inventory, supply plans, and product information.
- Familiarity with inventory or supply planning tools such as Netstock is highly regarded.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across supply chain, purchasing, sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks, adapt to changing supply chain demands, and proactively identify and resolve risks.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am - 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid set up of 2 days in our BGC office and 3 days Work From Home.
