Capitol Steel Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a driven Supply Chain / Warehouse Supervisor to oversee storeroom operations, ensuring accurate inventory, efficient storage, and optimized stock control to support production.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage ERP records, conduct regular audits, and drive continuous improvements in inventory management.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in inventory and warehouse management.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems for warehouse and inventory management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MRO Storeroom Supervisor to oversee the overall management of our storeroom operations. This role ensures accurate inventory, efficient storage, and optimized stock control to drive operational success and create a lasting impact.
