Capitol Steel Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, optimize layout and inventory control, and guide a team toward efficient, safe processes. You will collaborate across departments to meet production demands and drive digital improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse ops with supervisory experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Optimize layout and space utilization, implement effective inventory control procedures, and maintain efficient processes to boost productivity.
• Ensure efficient loading and unloading processes to maximize space utilization and minimize handling time.
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Work with other departments to resolve inventory and warehousing issues and ensure stock levels meet production demands.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Drive digitalization initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
