Our Clients in Cavite, Philippines is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end supply chain operations in Bacoor, Cavite. The role covers logistics, warehouse and inventory, quality assurance, and demand & supply planning, driving efficiency and accuracy across the network.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of progressive supply chain experience with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive supply chain experience.
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple supply chain functions.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, beauty/cosmetics, or distribution operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee logistics, warehouse & inventory, QA, and demand & supply planning teams.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Improve inventory accuracy, stock control, and warehouse operations.
