Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is acting on behalf of a global Industrial Solutions leader seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to oversee regional planning across SEA, ensuring optimized material allocation and production scheduling.

You will report to the Regional Head of Supply Chain and work with engineering, production, and logistics teams to improve forecast accuracy and ERP-driven processes, enabling timely manufacturing in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years in end-to-end SCM or related International Engineering and/or Business Management experiences in a complex Chemicals Manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in acquired solution-oriented mind set to deal with complex and matrix organizational framework.
• Excellent hands‑on experience and knowledge in driving Supply Chain Planning Excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organization to regional/ global stakeholders involved.
• Good understanding of SAP and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream raw material planning and downstream finished goods S&OP to meet changing demand.
• Collaborate with design engineering, production, and logistics to ensure maximum onsite readiness.
• Develop improved processes via root cause analysis to optimize raw material allocation and on-time manufacturing.

The company has a significant presence in Asia in terms of its reputable market position in developing best-in-class supply chain planning and operations management capabilities and takes pride in ensuring optimized regional activities to achieve maximized customer satisfaction.

They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a Supply Chain Planning Manager, who is the critical point of contact in terms of ensuring smooth designing and implementation of improvised supply allocation and production planning frameworks across SEA manufacturing plants and beyond.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Regional Head of Supply Chain Management and this position will be focusing on the below:

• Subject matter expert to spearhead the review and henceforth develop effective upstream raw material planning as well as downstream finished goods supply and demand planning, to make happen optimal production output to meet changing customer demands.
• Work closely with assigned design engineering, production and logistics/warehousing team to ensure maximum operational readiness onsite, aligned with strategic commercial objectives such as adhering to customer demand forecast accuracy etc.
• Strategize and develop improved processes by means of conducting strategic Root Cause Analysis to achieve Supply Chain Excellence, essentially to enable optimal raw material supply allocation to support on-time manufacturing activities.
