Hi-P International is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Leader to manage end-to-end operations across Customer Service, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics and Warehouse management. The role requires directing material planning, scheduling and inventory to meet customer demand.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or Engineering.
• Minimum eight years in a leadership role in SC, Planning, Purchasing, CS, Logistics and Warehouse.
• Expert knowledge of supply chain activities, procedures, tools, processes, forecast and demand planning.
• SAP experience is a must.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and databases.
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
• Low tolerance for stress, proactive and results-driven.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including Customer Service, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics and Warehouse.
• Oversee material and demand planning and scheduling from inbound to warehousing.
• Develop policies, procedures, workflows and controls for supply chain activities.
• Coordinate interfaces between Supply Chain, Operations, BD and Finance.
• Oversee customer service forecasting and capacity planning; address complaints.
