Job summary

Samsung Asia Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to lead end-to-end planning for the MX business. You will coordinate demand and supply planning, forecasting accuracy, and inventory management to meet monthly and quarterly targets, working with Sales, Marketing, Logistics and regional teams.

The role requires 5–10 years in SCM or related operations, degree in Business/SCM, advanced Excel, SAP SD/MM, ERP and BI tools, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand/Supply Planning or related operations.
• MS Office, advanced capability particularly in Excel.
• SAP(SD/MM), ERP and BI tools knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Korean is required due to close collaboration with Global HQ stakeholders in South Korea.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end supply chain planning for the MX business to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Forecast accuracy, WOS, aged inventory management, and on-time fulfilment.
• Lead weekly SCM meetings and PSI reviews with sell-in/sell-out insights.
• Coordinate demand forecasting with Sales and Product Marketing aligned to targets.
• Manage supply allocation, order fulfilment and new product launch readiness.
• Work with Suwon, Logistics and 3PL on inbound capacity and outbound prioritisation.
• Maintain communications with all stakeholders on supply status and escalations.
• Drive SCM process and system improvements (SAP, dashboards) for visibility.
