Job summary

Ecolab Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sr. Planner to manage a large product portfolio and supply chain network.

You will be responsible for demand, supply or raw material planning to meet customer requirements through S&OP, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive improvements across a global operations footprint. The role requires strong analytical, leadership and communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations while working with internal plants,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Statistics, SCM, Engineering or related field.
4 years of work experience in supply chain planning or related analytical discipline.
Proficient with ERPs and advanced planning systems.
Experience building cross-functional partnerships.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Accountable for the Demand, Supply, or Raw Material plan to meet customer requirements through S&OP and capacity planning.
Lead continuous improvement activities using project management skills.
Navigate ambiguous situations and drive change.
May have direct or indirect people management responsibilities.
Collaborate with internal plants, warehouses and external suppliers to meet objectives.
Design and establish network procedures to drive efficiency.
Influence internal/external partnerships to meet shared goals.
