Job summary

Schneider Electric in Cavite, Philippines, is seeking a Supply Chain Performance Leader to drive operational excellence through Lean practices, data-driven improvements, and digital tool adoption across the site. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with strong process knowledge.

  • 8–10 years in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Business Transformation.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional improvement initiatives with measurable results.
  • Experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, VSM, TOC, and CI methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and digital performance tools.

  • Influence P&L by aligning improvements with financial goals and cost optimization.
  • Maximize profitability via inventory optimization and WIP reduction.
  • Drive end-to-end supply chain improvements to reduce lead times and waste.
  • Apply takt time, flow metrics, and VSM to synchronize processes.
  • Use TOC to identify bottlenecks and prioritize actions to sustain throughput.
  • Plan integration of standard applications to boost site performance.
  • Support Business Transformation program deployment with minimal disruption.
  • Utilize performance tools (LDS/PMS, ERP, CMMS, BI) for accurate reporting.
  • Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional workshops to close gaps.
  • Coach teams on Lean and SPS principles to sustain improvements.

Job description

The Supply Chain Performance Leader is responsible for driving operational excellence by analyzing processes, eliminating waste, and implementing Lean methodologies and standardized practices across the organization. The role leads continuous improvement initiatives through SPS principles, Kaizen events, and structured improvement roadmaps that enhance supply chain performance and efficiency. In addition, the position champions the adoption of digital tools and data-driven solutions to provide real-time visibility, support business transformation programs, strengthen operational discipline, and deliver sustainable business results.

What will you do?
  • Influence P&L outcomes by aligning operational improvements with financial objectives and cost optimization.
  • Maximize profitability through inventory optimization, WIP reduction, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse, drive, achieve end-to-end supply chain processes to identify and eliminate waste, reduce lead times, and strengthen process robustness for improved efficiency.
  • Apply takt time and flow metrics to synchronize processes, reduce lead time, and improve overall delivery performance.
  • Use Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to visualize material and information flows, identify waste, and align improvements with customer value.
  • Apply Theory of Constraints to detect bottlenecks and prioritize actions that maintain throughput and synchronize flows.
  • Develop an appropriate plan to integrate standard applications and processes that enhance overall site supply chain performance, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support site Business Transformation program deployment readiness, aligning standard applications deployment roadmaps without impacting site supply chain performance.
  • Ensure proper use and integration of performance monitoring tools (LDS/PMS, ERP, CMMS, BI tools) for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Drive adoption of digital platforms for real-time visibility and compliance with Schneider Performance System (SPS) principles.
  • Promote smart solutions and digital transformation initiatives to achieve operational excellence and future-readiness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, providing strategic insights and operational support to drive site performance.
  • Develop leadership capabilities and holistic operational expertise to enable future growth opportunities, positioning as a potential plant manager.
  • Act as SPS ambassador and Lean coach to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across all teams.
  • Organise and lead Kaizen events and structured workshops to close performance gaps and streamline processes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and coach teams on Lean and SPS principles to strengthen engagement.
  • Monitor progress, reinforce standards, and sustain continuous improvement culture at all organisational levels.
  • Build and maintain a collaborative improvement roadmap aligned with SPS principles and strategic objectives.
What qualifications will make you successful?
