Job summary

AimBig Employment Pty Ltd in Quezon City is seeking an experienced Supply Chain leader to oversee procurement, importation, and inventory strategy for a multinational client.

You will drive S&OP processes, manage multiple warehouses, negotiate with suppliers, and lead a small team while collaborating with regional and global supply chain functions to improve efficiency and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, procurement, warehousing, inventory management and demand planning.
• Strong forecasting, inventory optimisation and supply chain planning expertise.
• Hands-on experience with importation, warehouse operations, and logistics management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP; Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead local purchasing activities including supplier negotiations and cost optimisation.
• Oversee importation processes, customs docs, shipping coordination, and supplier management.
• Drive demand planning, forecasting and inventory optimisation through S&OP.
• Manage inventory accuracy across multiple warehouses and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop stock disposition plans and improve turnover.
• Support sales administration ensuring orders and deliveries are accurate.
• Monitor warehousing, freight and logistics costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with governance policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop supply chain personnel to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to support integrated business planning.

Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Management Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, inventory optimisation, and supply chain planning.
• Hands‑on experience in importation, procurement, warehouse operations, and logistics management.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export processes.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, planning, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Good to Have

• Experience within wholesale, distribution, trading, or building materials environments.
• Exposure to multinational business operations and international supply chains.
• Construction industry experience.
• Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
• Prior leadership or people management experience.
