Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced Supply Chain leader to manage end-to-end operations and inventory strategy, ensuring timely product availability across warehouses.

You will lead local purchasing, imports, demand planning and S&OP, while coaching a regional team and collaborating with global supply chain colleagues to drive efficiency and cost savings. Onsite in Quezon City, 5–7 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years in supply chain operations, procurement, warehousing, inventory management and demand planning.
• Forecasting, inventory optimization and supply chain planning expertise.
• Hands-on importation, warehousing and logistics management experience.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export processes.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP; advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead local purchasing activities, including supplier negotiations and cost optimisation.
• Oversee importation, customs documentation, shipping coordination, and supplier management.

• Manage inventory accuracy across multiple warehouse locations and ensure compliance.

• Support sales administration processes, ensuring orders, documentation, and deliveries are accurate.
• Monitor warehousing, freight, and logistics costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with governance policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop supply chain personnel; collaborate with regional/global teams.

Ideal CandidateNon-Negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Management Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, inventory optimisation, and supply chain planning.
• Hands-on experience in importation, procurement, warehouse operations, and logistics management.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export processes.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Good to Have

• Experience within wholesale, distribution, trading, or building materials environments.
• Exposure to multinational business operations and international supply chains.
• Construction industry experience.
• Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
• Prior leadership or people management experience.
• Knowledge of international sourcing and procurement practices.
• Amenable to a full onsite setup, Monday to Friday, in Quezon City
